The program is structured with training, mentoring, study trips, and hands‑on tasks. You will be based at our office in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, but as part of the program, you will also participate in activities across our Danish locations.
Your role
As Graduate, you will have the opportunity to shape how we drive and orchestrate complex IT projects across Professional Services (PS) – our business unit focused on digitalization and technology solutions within ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, Business Intelligence, Cyber Consultancy, Custom-built Solutions, and AI.
You will be part of a small, newly established team serving as the project management function within PS at itm8. Here, you are never on your own but will work alongside experienced consultants focusing on project management. Overall, you’ll learn to solve customer challenges, facilitate workshops, and translate needs into concrete, value‑creating business cases. The role is suited for someone who thrives on responsibility, complexity, and who is motivated by engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Moreover, you will act as the link between customers, the business, and delivery teams, with responsibility for coordination, prioritization, and ensuring alignment in different projects toward common goals. Here, you will focus on the process layer of IT projects - typically within CRM, ERP, and custom-built software solutions.
As a Graduate, Project Manager, your tasks will include:
Participate in and get the opportunity to take ownership of your own cross-functional projects as you grow.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful execution of project objectives.
Contribute to the development of project management discipline by implementing standards, methodologies, and best practices across IT projects.
Support the maturation of the Professional Services organization by defining and implementing effective processes and governance structures.
Facilitate workshops, develop structured project plans, and work closely with customers to identify and deliver effective, value-driven solutions.
