The program is structured with training, mentoring, study trips, and hands‑on tasks. You will be based at our office in Viby J, but as part of the program, you will also participate in activities across our Danish locations.

Your role

As a Graduate in Business Advisory, you will join a team working in the intersection between business and technology – with one clear goal: moving our customers’ business forward using Microsoft’s ecosystem across AI, Business Applications, Collaboration, Data & Analytics, and development platforms.

You’ll learn to understand customer challenges, facilitate dialogues, and translate needs into concrete, value‑creating solutions. You will work with processes, customer journeys, governance, scalability – and how technology becomes a strategic driver, not just a system.

As a Business Advisory Graduate, your tasks will include:

• Helping customers build a digital roadmap that supports their long‑term business goals.

• Interviewing customers to understand their business, context, and pain points.

• Listening for real problems – and helping turn them into clear solution proposals.

• Supporting workshops and dialogues that challenge assumptions and uncover new opportunities.

• Working with colleagues across architecture, processes, and solution design to bring ideas to life.

We’re looking for a teamm8 who

Has completed a relevant professional bachelor’s or master’s degree within the past year. You bring ambition, curiosity, and a strong interest in how technology can create business value.

Additionally, we’re looking for someone with:

• A natural drive and the confidence to work in a consultant‑facing role.

• Strong interpersonal skills such as curious, and good at asking the right questions.

• A technical mindset and a genuine interest in AI or digital technologies.

• The ability to combine analytical thinking with customer‑ready communication.

• Fluency in Danish – written and spoken – is a requirement.

You’ll join an experienced team with plenty of space to grow, learn, and spar with senior advisors and specialists. You won’t be expected to know everything on day one – but we expect you to be eager to learn, challenge, and take responsibility.
