The program is structured with training, mentoring, study trips, and hands‑on tasks. You will be based at our office in Aalborg, but as part of the program, you will also participate in activities across our Danish locations.

Your role

As a Graduate in the Cyber Defence Center, you become part of a function that keeps our customers secure – every single day. You rotate across three specialist teams, giving you a rare chance to see cyber security from multiple angles and learn how people, processes, and technology work together.

Across your rotations, you’ll experience:

• vCISO Team – working with governance, risk & compliance, emergency response plans, security policies, analysis, and customer advisory. Communication matters here.

• Advisor Team – where you meet customers eye‑to‑eye. You report on our services, translate technical insights into clear messages, and help customers understand their security posture.

• Implementation Team – the technical heartbeat. You configure services, work with monitoring and automation, and get close to the cyber tools we use every day.

This combination provides you with both technical expertise and an in-depth understanding of how our organisation operates. By the end of the programme, you will play an active role in ensuring effective collaboration and seamless integration between the three teams, helping to maintain the strong cooperation that keeps the Cyber Defence Center functioning efficiently.

As a Cyber Defence Center Graduate, your tasks will include:

• Developing and testing emergency response plans

• Creating and improving security policies

• Working with compliance and risk activities

• Supporting customers through reporting and dialogue

• Contributing to the configuration and implementation of security services

We’re looking for a teamm8 who

Has completed a relevant professional bachelor’s degree or master’s degree within the past year – e.g. IT security, computer science, information systems, risk management, or similar.
You bring ambition, energy, and a belief in the power of collaboration. You also thrive with responsibility and want to help create value together with us.

Additionally, we’re looking for someone with:

• Strong communication skills – you’ll have many touchpoints both internally and with customers

• An interest in getting hands‑on with the technical work, even if you’re not an expert yet

• A natural sense for processes and structure

• Curiosity to explore both the technical domain and GRC

• The ability to write and speak Danish fluently (a requirement for this role)
