The program is structured with training, mentoring, study trips, and hands‑on tasks. In this role, you will be based at our office in Viby, but as part of the program, you will also participate in activities across our Danish locations.

Your role

As a Graduate in our Products department, you will be part of a highly specialized and close-knit team where both professional excellence and social cohesion is valued. Here, you will get operational responsibility for our Secure Mail product, serving mainly large public and private customers in Denmark. Overall, you will work with a highly specialized security system and play an active role in upgrading it to the next level. The role offers real influence, responsibility, and the opportunity to shape both the future of the product and your own professional development.

As Graduate, your tasks will include:

• 2nd level customer support – primarily via email.

• Planning and execution of operational tasks at application level.

• System testing prior to deployment.

• Be part of an on-call rotation, including on-call phone duty, why varying working hours may occur.

• Handling incidents and service requests from customers.

• Adjusting simple workflows and unlocking user accounts.

• Extracting and sorting reports in a structured manner.

We’re looking for a teamm8 who

Has completed a relevant IT-related education as IT Supporter etc., and/or practical experience in security, technical support, and operations. Furthermore, you bring ambition, pride in craftmanship, energy, and a belief in the power of collaboration. You also thrive with responsibility and want to help create value together with the rest of the team.

Additionally, we’re looking for someone with:

• Preferable experience from a part-time job or a full-time position completed within the last year working with ticketing systems, monitoring systems, or IT support.

• An outgoing personality and willingness to engage in dialogue with customers.

• Deep technical aptitude and eager to meet customers at eye level, regardless of their technical proficiency.

• Able to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in both small- and large-scale IT solutions.

• Communicates clearly and professionally in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing.
