The program is structured with training, mentoring, study trips, and hands‑on tasks. In this role, you will be based at our office in Viby, Aarhus, but as part of the program, you will also participate in activities across our Danish locations.
Your role
As a Graduate in our ERP area, you will join a team of +40 teamm8s across locations, working with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Navision, and Uniconta. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated development team. As a Graduate you will start by getting a basic introduction to Business Central in terms of learning the system and its functionalities. From there we will give you more responsibility – all centered around development in Business Central.
As a Graduate in our ERP Development team, your tasks will include:
Be involved in the development and customization of Dynamics NAV/Business Central applications.
Work with integrations to external systems.
Implement new modules and functionalities.
Work on upgrading projects, e.g. from NAV to Business Central.
Opportunity to shadow and support experienced developers on customer projects.
Work with AL code (cloud solutions).
Gradually build deeper technical expertise over time and take on own customer tasks.
We’re looking for a teamm8 who
Has completed a relevant professional bachelor’s degree or master’s degree within the past year – e.g. within Computer Science or a relevant education in software development. It is a plus if you have had a relevant student job focusing on programming. Furthermore, you bring ambition, energy, and a belief in the power of collaboration. You also take ownership, enjoy creating value with others, and are keen to develop your skills in ERP programming and development.
Additionally, we’re looking for someone with:
Curious and motivated to develop both professionally and technically within the ERP domain.
Strong technical interest in programming.
Proactive and persistent – not giving up even when the solution is not immediately clear.
Dreams of a career in an IT consultancy company covering other business areas than ERP.
Communicates clearly and professionally in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing.
