The program is structured with training, mentoring, study trips, and hands‑on tasks. You will be based at our office in Skovlunde, but as part of the program, you will also participate in activities across our Danish locations. Furthermore, the role is customer-oriented, and you will visit customers together with your colleagues on an ongoing basis. Therefore, a driver’s license is required for the position.
Your role
As a Graduate in our ERP-area, you will be part of a team of +40 teamm8s located across locations working with Dynamics Business Central, Navision and Uniconta – and our consultants have already helped more than 1,500 companies find the right financial system. You will start by getting a basic introduction to Business Central, covering all business processes such as purchasing/sales, finance, logistics, production etc. From there, you can move onto a specialized track focusing on specific areas within ERP. Here, you will have a day-to-day role close to your colleagues and customers, where you help customize and optimize ERP solutions with a focus on NAV/Business Central. Overall, you take on a role with influence and the opportunity to shape your own development.
As an ERP Graduate, your tasks will include:
Explore upcoming versions from Microsoft and new functionalities.
Work with Customer Excellence tasks – getting hands-on support tasks and direct customer dialogue across a broad range of tasks that support your development and understanding of the ERP area.
Opportunity to participate in different ERP projects and work alongside experienced consultants.
Explore integration to and from Business Central, including web shops and other Dynamics 365 products.
Opportunity to dive into flows and integrations with other systems.
We’re looking for a teamm8 who
Has completed a relevant professional bachelor’s degree or master’s degree within the past year – e.g. in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing. Furthermore, you bring ambition, energy, and a belief in the power of collaboration. You also thrive with responsibility and want to help create value together with us.
Additionally, we’re looking for someone with:
Preferably a relevant student job where you have worked with master data, ERP-systems, or supply chain-oriented tasks.
Eagerness to develop towards becoming a self-driven consultant.
An outgoing personality and willingness to engage in dialogue with different customers.
Willingness to learn and specialize within ERP-systems.
Communicates clearly and professionally in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing.
