Graduate, Full-stack Developer – Collaboration
An exciting opportunity in full-stack development in our unique in-house BTM product – get the chance to enhance its functionalities and shape features that truly make an impact.
Kickstart your IT career with itm8’s Graduate Program – an 18‑month journey accelerating your professional and personal development. From day one, you take on responsibility and become part of a strong community that succeeds together.
Do you want to join a journey where you both learn and deliver? As a Graduate at itm8, you become part of a fast‑growing IT company with ambition and heart. We give you the framework to grow – and the space to influence your own direction.
The program is structured with training, mentoring, study trips, and hands‑on tasks. In this role, you will be based at our office in Odense, but as part of the program, you will also participate in activities across our Danish locations.
Your role
As a Graduate in our Collaboration team, you will be part of a highly skilled team specializing in implementation of standard Microsoft 365 solutions. Here, you will focus on our in-house developed product called Baseline Teams Management (BTM), where the product is called Workplace, which at its core is a solution for managing teams in Microsoft Teams. The solution helps organizations gain control over their Teams environment through categorization and enforcement of configurable policies, including file sharing, channel structure, external access, archiving, and more. Together with the Product Owner, you will be working on further development, integrations and new features in the BTM platform, helping companies with governance, automation, and structure in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments. Overall, you get the opportunity to work with full-stack development within a unique one-of-a-kind product.
As a Graduate, your tasks will include:
Work with frontend and backend development – primarily React, typescript and C#.
Contribute to automation, CI/CD processes, and ensure a smooth development lifecycle.
Work closely with the Product Owner and our BTM technical lead to develop and improve our product, including creating roadmaps, creating new features and making adjustments.
Ensure that all solutions are secure and follow IT security best practices.
Coordinate and collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a cohesive and efficient product development process.
We’re looking for a teamm8 who
Has completed a relevant professional bachelor’s degree or master’s degree within the past year – e.g. in Computer Science, Software Development, or a similar field. It is an advantage if you have had a relevant student job within the IT field focusing on development, and it is a plus if you have knowledge of C# or any other Object-Oriented Programming Language.
On a personal level, you bring structure and problem-solving skills, and a belief in the power of collaboration. You also thrive with responsibility and want to help create value together with us.
Additionally, we’re looking for someone with:
Curiosity, a desire to learn, and the motivation to further develop an existing product solution.
Structured, down to earth and skilled at diving into technical difficulties.
Strong technical interest in development – and wants to develop within this technical space in a consultancy company.
Communicates clearly and professionally in both Danish and English, verbally and in writing.
What you get
The opportunity to work with an exciting product like BTM and, in general, work with cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions in cloud.
A development-oriented role working with hands-on tasks, where you get the chance to further develop the product together with the Product Owner.
