Graduate, Copilot for M365 – Collaboration
A customer-oriented role for a curious and technically skilled professional who enjoys working directly with customers and helping them get the most out of Microsoft Copilot for M365.
Kickstart your IT career with itm8’s Graduate Program – an 18‑month journey accelerating your professional and personal development. From day one, you take on responsibility and become part of a strong community that succeeds together.
Do you want to join a journey where you both learn and deliver? As a Graduate at itm8, you become part of a fast‑growing IT company with ambition and heart. We give you the framework to grow – and the space to influence your own direction.
The program is structured with training, mentoring, study trips, and hands-on tasks. You will be based at our office in Viby, but as part of the program, you will also participate in activities across our Danish locations. Furthermore, the role is customer-oriented, and you will visit customers primarily located in Jutland on an ongoing basis. Therefore, a driver’s license and a car is required for the position.
Your role
As a Graduate in our Collaboration team, you will be part of a highly skilled team specializing in the implementation of standard Microsoft 365 solutions, primarily collaboration and communication solutions based on SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, WorkPoint, and Microsoft Copilot for M365. These solutions support and streamline our customers’ various business processes. The role requires both drive and strong communication skills, as you are often at the forefront with clients. Here, you will focus on Microsoft Copilot for M365 and other classical collaboration tools – from training to visiting customers and reviewing their technical setup, ensuring that we can deliver the right Copilot for M365 solution package. Overall, you help translate technology into business processes that create real value for clients.
As a Graduate, your tasks will include:
Set up and configure Copilot for M365 for existing customers – and be involved in classical collaboration projects.
Build and deliver tailored Copilot for M365 packages, including training and technical reviews on-site.
Train smaller groups in-person or larger groups online.
Contribute to the development of customized Copilot for M365 solutions that integrate with systems such as CRM and HR platforms.
Review data and governance reports before training to ensure quality and compliance.
Take initiative, contact customers, and navigate technical challenges with support from the team.

On a personal level, you bring ambition, energy, and a belief in the power of collaboration. You also thrive with responsibility and want to help create value together with us.
Additionally, we’re looking for someone with:
A technical understanding and a passion for working with new technologies like Copilot for M365 – and dream of working as a consultant with customized AI.
