The program is structured with training, mentoring, study trips, and hands‑on tasks. You will be based at our office in Viby, but as part of the program, you will also participate in activities across our Danish locations.

Your role

As a graduate in our Business Intelligence team, you will have the opportunity to design and implement Business Intelligence and data platforms solutions for some of Denmark’s most visionary companies. This is a specialist role where you immerse yourself in technology, architecture, data modeling, and the advanced aspects of BI, AI, and data platforms. From day one, you will gain hands-on experience with data extraction and modelling, and you will become part of a highly skilled team that will help you become truly proficient in Python and SQL.

You will also work closely with the entire Microsoft suite, including Azure, Fabric, Power Platform, and more, and you will continuously get the opportunity to expand your toolbox as you develop. We also actively work with AI, giving you insight into some of the most modern technologies and methods in the industry.

As a Graduate, your tasks will include:

• Working with data pipelines – transferring data from cloud to cloud or from server to cloud.

• Work with data modelling tasks and data extraction.

• Handle incoming customer excellence tasks concerning data and back-end requests.

• Opportunity to shadow and support experienced colleagues on customer projects.

• Work with SQL, Python and gradually build deeper technical expertise over time and take on own customer tasks.

We’re looking for a teamm8 who

Has completed a relevant professional bachelor’s degree or master’s degree within the past year – e.g. in Computer Science, Data Science, MSc in Business Intelligence or Mathematics-Economics. Furthermore, it is a plus if you have had a relevant student job focusing on data, business intelligence etc. Overall, you bring ambition, energy, and a belief in the power of collaboration. You also thrive with responsibility and want to help create value together with us.

Additionally, we’re looking for someone with:

• Preferably have a fundamental understanding of data modelling and star schemas from educational studies.

• Thrives in a data engineering position while having a consultancy mind-set.

• Eager to specialize and grow within back-end business intelligence solutions.

• A collaborative team player with a curious and analytical approach to problem-solving.

• Communicates clearly and professionally in Danish and English, verbally and in writing.
