The program is structured with training, mentoring, study trips, and hands‑on tasks. You will be based at our office in Viby, but as part of the program, you will also participate in activities across our Danish locations.

Your role

As a graduate in our Business Intelligence team, you will have the opportunity to design and implement Business Intelligence solutions for different, interesting customers across various industries. This is an outgoing role focused on working closely with clients, facilitating workshops, translating business needs, and driving the dialogue around value-creating business intelligence solutions.

You will also work closely with the entire Microsoft suite, including Azure, Fabric, Power Platform, and more, and you will continuously get the opportunity to expand your toolbox as you develop. We also actively work with AI, giving you insight into some of the most modern technologies and methods in the industry. Overall, you take on a role with influence and the opportunity to shape your own development.

As a Graduate, your tasks will include:

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports.

• Build and optimize semantic models.

• Support and enhance legacy BI solutions.

• Collaborate with experienced colleagues on customer projects.

• Manage Customer Excellence tasks on the front-end side.

• Translating clients’ needs into actionable solutions, strengthening business insight and enabling client advisory.

• Contribute to pre-sales activities and client engagement initiatives – and work together with other of our departments such as CRM, ERP etc.

• To act as the link between the business and our Data & Analytics department, whom you will work closely with.

We’re looking for a teamm8 who

Has completed a relevant professional bachelor’s degree or master’s degree within the past year – e.g. MSc in Business Intelligence, Data Science or other relevant education. Furthermore, it is a plus if you have had a relevant student job focusing on data, business intelligence etc. Overall, you bring ambition, energy, and a belief in the power of collaboration. You also thrive with responsibility and want to help create value together with us.

Additionally, we’re looking for someone with:

• Preferably have a fundamental understanding of data and BI from educational studies.

• Eagerness to develop towards becoming a self-driven consultant.

• Holistic thinking and aim to act as the link between customers and our Data & Analytics department.

• An outgoing personality and willingness to engage in dialogue with different customers.

• Willingness to learn and specialize in business intelligence solutions.

• A collaborative team player with a curious and analytical approach to problem-solving.

• Communicates clearly and professionally in Danish and English, verbally and in writing.
