The program is structured with training, mentoring, study trips, and hands-on tasks. You will be based at our office in Skovlunde, but as part of the program, you will also participate in activities across our Danish locations. Furthermore, the role is customer-oriented, and you will visit customers together with your colleagues on an ongoing basis. Therefore, a driver’s license is required for the position. 

Your role 

As Graduate in our Dataplatform team, you will get the opportunity to work with database technologies at a very technical level. You will also get close to Data Lakehouse technologies, which we extensively use as the foundation for AI solutions.  

In the Dataplatform team, we work with installation, configuration, performance tuning, and optimization of databases running on Oracle, MS SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. We work with a wide range of companies – from small production and trading businesses to large industrial corporations and public authorities. As our Graduate, you will start by getting a basic introduction to databases and the different applications. From there we will give you more responsibility and the role is both technical and client-facing. Therefore, you need to enjoy the technical side of the work while also engaging with customers. 

As Graduate in Dataplatform, your tasks will include: 

• Hands-on experience with database technologies both on-premises and across various cloud environments. 

• Tasks centered around database upgrades, tuning and configuration. 

• Work alongside experienced consultants and participate in customer projects. 

• Assisting customers with database problems.  

We’re looking for a teamm8 who 

Has completed a relevant professional bachelor’s degree or master’s degree within the past year – e.g. within Computer Science or a relevant education in software development. It is a plus if you have had a relevant student job focusing on data or programming. Furthermore, you bring ambition, energy, and a belief in the power of collaboration. You also thrive with responsibility and want to help create value together with us. 

Additionally, we’re looking for someone with: 

• Curiosity about technologies and wants to develop within this technical, data space.  

• A willingness and openness to explore technologies beyond what you have studied at school. 

• Customer-oriented personality and eager to develop towards becoming a self-driven consultant.  

• Communicates clearly and professionally in English, verbally and in writing.
