The program is structured with training, mentoring, study trips, and hands-on tasks. As our Graduate in CRM, you will be part of a department consisting of +20 employees divided into a team in Jutland and two different teams in Copenhagen. In this connection we are looking for three graduates – two located in our office in Nordhavn, Copenhagen and one Graduate located in Viby, Aarhus, but as part of the program, you will also participate in activities across our Danish locations.

Your role

As Graduate in CRM, you will be part of a young and dynamic CRM team working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement – Sales, Service, and Marketing). As our Graduate you will get the opportunity to develop both your technical skills and business understanding, while contributing to team deliveries – all centered around creating and delivering high class CRM solutions for our customers.

You will start by getting a basic introduction to CRM in terms of learning about the system and its functionalities. From there you will gradually take on your own client responsibilities and be involved in a variety of tasks – from analysis and design to development, testing, and implementation.

As Graduate in CRM, your tasks will include:

• Participate in design and implementation of solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CE, including technical integrations with other systems.

• Configuration of solutions.

• Customize new and existing CRM solutions.

• Perform data modeling tasks, including understanding customer requirements and designing data models based on those needs.

• Facilitating and conducting workshops with customers.

We’re looking for a teamm8 who

Has completed a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT e.g. Computer Science or Data Science within the past year and preferably has had a relevant student job working with CRM, programming / development etc. Furthermore, you bring ambition, energy, and a belief in the power of collaboration. You also thrive with responsibility and want to help create value together with us.

Additionally, we’re looking for someone with:

• Programming experience in C#, JavaScript, or other languages – either from academic studies or from a relevant part-time student job.

• An outgoing personality and willingness to engage in dialogue with customers and build strong customer relations.

• Strong technical aptitude in programming and data modeling – and wants to develop within this technical space while having a customer focused mindset.

• Solid communication skills and eagerness to develop towards becoming a self-driven consultant.

• Communicates clearly and professionally in Danish and English, verbally and in writing.
