The program is structured with training, mentoring, study trips, and hands-on tasks. You will be based at our office in Nordhavn, but as part of the program, you will also participate in activities across our Danish locations.

Your role

As a Graduate in Strategic Cyber Risk Advisory, you will be part of a team that turns complex regulation, risk and security requirements into practical advice that creates real value for our customers. We work closely together, help each other first, and believe that security only works when people do.

As an Information Security Consultant Graduate, your tasks will include: 

• Getting a consultancy mind-set,

• Advising customers on security challenges in a business‑friendly language

• Identify customer needs through analysing and interpreting their setup through gap assessments and maturity evaluation deliveries

• Working with all areas of security management and risk management

• Writing both technical and management‑level reports – in a clear, structured and value‑driven way

• Contributing to developing and improving our internal methods, models and tools

We’re looking for a teamm8 who

Has completed a relevant professional bachelor’s degree or master’s degree within the past year – e.g. information security, computer science, cyber security or a related field. You bring ambition, energy, and a belief in the power of collaboration. You also thrive with responsibility and want to help create value together with us.

Additionally, we’re looking for someone with:

• A basic understanding of IT architecture, networks and/or cloud solutions

• Knowledge of GRC tools, risk management or IT security policies

• The ability to structure and document processes and controls clearly

• Strong communication skills – able to translate technical topics for any audience

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships

• A structured and curious approach to problem‑solving
