You will be part of our Development team within our Custom Built Solutions area, where we provide expert advice on software design and development. The projects will be customer-facing custom solutions. Here, you will have a key role in focusing on developing new add-on solutions, and you will take the lead on commercial activities. You’ll work closely with customers in terms of identifying their needs, scope the projects and turn them into scalable IT solutions. In this role, you get the chance to shape both business and technology – and you’re never on your own. The position is based at our office in Nordhavn in Copenhagen or in Viby near Aarhus.

Your role:

You’ll take the lead in securing incoming new assignments and play a key role in developing our full-stack solutions – side by side with our customers. Here, you’ll work on both standard offerings and custom-built solutions, depending on the client’s needs.

Overall, your primary tasks include:

• Own the pipeline, conduct customer meetings, identify new opportunities, and ensure that we win the right projects – all in close collaboration with our sales organization.

• Estimate tasks and scope projects together with the team.

• Drive customer contact and proactive sales activities, especially towards the SME- market, where we see huge potential.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.

• Mentoring and developing colleagues both their technical and commercial skills.

• Build the solutions – dive deep into the technical details to ensure our products truly meet our customers’ needs.

We’re looking for a teamm8 that:

Aims to take on a pivotal role bridging full-stack development and commercial activities. It’s a plus if you meet the following:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development combined with experience in a commercial role preferably from a consultancy company.

• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within Computer Science or similar.

• Experience interacting with end customers.

• Experience with C# and .NET development and enjoys technical deep dives.

• Fluent in English – Danish is a plus but not a must.

• Persuasive power and impact – you are proactive, outgoing and are driven by the opportunity to have a combined role that bridges business and technology.
